Payment Terms and Legal Notes

1. Payment shall be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice, in accordance with Article 265 of the Venezuelan Code of Civil Procedure. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Tribunal or in cash at the Tribunal's financial office located in Chacao, Caracas, Venezuela.

2. This Invoice constitutes the official billing document for all judicial services rendered by the presiding Judge in the referenced case. Failure to settle the amounts indicated within the stipulated period may result in the suspension of procedural acts and the imposition of additional penalties as established by Venezuelan law.

3. All amounts are expressed in Bolívares Soberanos (VES) and are subject to the exchange rate established by the Banco Central de Venezuela (BCV) on the date of payment. The Judge and the Tribunal reserve the right to adjust amounts in the event of significant currency devaluation.
