- This Invoice covers all Judge services rendered during the service period of May 2025 in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. All adjudication sessions were conducted in accordance with the Vietnamese Arbitration Law (Law No. 54/2010/QH12) and the Civil Procedure Code.
- The presiding Judge for Case No. 2025/CAC-1142 is a certified arbitrator with over 20 years of experience in commercial law, registered with the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City Arbitration Centre.
- All Judge reports and legal opinions referenced in this Invoice are confidential and may only be disclosed to parties directly involved in the arbitration or as required by Vietnamese law.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 0.05% per day as stipulated in the service agreement.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a reissued Invoice from the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City Judicial Arbitration Panel.
