  1. This Invoice is payable in full within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made in Afghan Afghani (AFN) via bank transfer to the account of Rahimi & Associates Legal Counsel, Kabul Bank, Branch: Darulaman, Kabul, Afghanistan. Account No.: 0045-7821-3390.
  2. Failure to remit payment by the due date shall incur a late payment surcharge of two percent (2%) per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the fee schedule approved by the Bar Association of Afghanistan, Kabul Chapter.
  3. The Lawyer reserves the right to suspend all ongoing legal representation and court appearances for the client should this Invoice remain unpaid beyond the due date. No further legal services shall be rendered until the full amount is settled.
  4. All fees stated in this Invoice are exclusive of any court-imposed costs, government levies, or third-party expert fees that may be assessed by the court during the pendency of the matter. Such additional costs, if incurred, shall be billed separately with a supplementary Invoice.
  5. This Invoice constitutes a final accounting for all legal services rendered by the Lawyer up to and including the date of issue. Any services performed after this date shall be subject to a new engagement and a separate Invoice.
  6. The client acknowledges that the fees charged by the Lawyer are consistent with the minimum and maximum fee guidelines established by the Bar Association of Afghanistan for legal practitioners operating in Afghanistan Kabul.
  7. Any dispute arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be resolved through the internal grievance mechanism of the Bar Association of Afghanistan, Kabul Chapter, prior to any referral to the civil courts.
  8. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with updated payment terms at the sole discretion of the Lawyer.

I, Advocate Farid Rahimi, hereby certify that this Invoice accurately reflects all legal services rendered by me and my firm to the above-named client in the matter referenced herein. All hours recorded are genuine and correspond to actual professional work performed. The rates charged comply with the professional fee regulations of the Bar Association of Afghanistan. This Invoice is issued in the capacity of a licensed Lawyer practicing law in Afghanistan Kabul and is subject to the professional ethics code governing legal practitioners in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
