Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than July 15, 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Banco de la Nación Argentina, CBU: 011000100000123456789013, CUIT: 30-54871236-9. Reference: Invoice GA-2025-00487.
- Alternatively, payment may be made by certified cheque (cheque certificado) payable to "García, Mendoza & Asociados S.R.L." delivered to our offices in Buenos Aires.
- Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de la República Argentina (BCRA) for overdue commercial obligations, calculated daily from the due date until full settlement.
- In the event of non-payment within the stipulated period, the Lawyer reserves the right to suspend all ongoing legal representation and file a claim for unpaid professional fees before the appropriate court in Argentina Buenos Aires.
- All amounts are expressed in Argentine Pesos (ARS). In the event of significant currency devaluation, the parties may renegotiate the fee structure in accordance with the terms of the original retainer agreement.

The fees charged reflect the professional judgment of the Lawyer regarding the complexity, duration, and value of the legal services provided. All time entries have been recorded in the firm's electronic time-tracking system and are available for review upon the client's written request. This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of any particular legal outcome, as the results of judicial proceedings are subject to the discretion of the court and the applicable law of Argentina.
By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges receipt of the services described and agrees to the payment terms outlined above. Any disputes regarding the amounts billed shall be resolved through the mediation process established by the Ley de Mediación (Law 26.854) before submission to the competent courts of Buenos Aires.
