Terms and Conditions of This Invoice1. This Invoice constitutes a formal demand for payment for legal services rendered by the Lawyer in Australia Melbourne. All amounts are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as registered under the Australian Taxation Office.
2. In the event of non-payment by the due date stated above, the Lawyer reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 10% per annum on the outstanding balance, calculated daily from the due date until full payment is received, in accordance with Section 100 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria).
3. The Client acknowledges that this Invoice has been prepared in good faith by the Lawyer and reflects all billable hours and expenses incurred during the specified billing period. The Client has the right to request a detailed itemised breakdown of any line item by contacting the billing department within seven (7) days of receipt of this Invoice.

5. All disputes regarding the fees set out in this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the retainer agreement and, if necessary, referred to the Victorian Legal Services Commissioner for determination.
6. The Client is reminded that the Lawyer is bound by professional confidentiality obligations under the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria) and the Rules of Professional Conduct. This Invoice and all associated communications are subject to legal professional privilege.
