Important Notes and Payment Terms
- This Invoice must be paid in full within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date, being 14 July 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account details specified above.
- Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in the Lawyer suspending further work on the matter in accordance with Section 104 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW) and the terms of the retainer agreement.
- Interest at the rate of 10% per annum may be charged on overdue amounts in accordance with the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW), Section 106.
- This Invoice constitutes a formal account of costs as required under the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW). The client is entitled to request a detailed cost certificate or to refer this Invoice to the Legal Services Commissioner of New South Wales if a dispute arises.
- All legal services described in this Invoice were performed by qualified Lawyers and legal support staff of Harrington & Cole Legal Pty Ltd, a firm registered to practise law in New South Wales, Australia Sydney, under the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW).
- The client acknowledges that this Invoice reflects all fees and disbursements incurred to date. No additional charges will be applied for services rendered prior to the Invoice date unless expressly agreed in writing by the Lawyer.
