- Cash: Acceptable at the firm's office at 12 Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh Dhaka, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday).
- This Invoice constitutes a formal demand for payment for legal services rendered by the undersigned Lawyer and his firm. All services described herein were performed in accordance with the engagement letter dated 28 May 2025.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Failure to remit payment by the due date shall attract a late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the terms of the retainer agreement.
- The Lawyer reserves the right to suspend all ongoing legal proceedings and court appearances in Bangladesh Dhaka until the full amount specified in this Invoice is received in full.
- All legal advice, documents, and work product prepared by the Lawyer remain the confidential property of the client. However, this Invoice and its associated payment obligations are binding under the Contract Act, 1872, of Bangladesh.
- This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh Dhaka. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this Invoice shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dhaka.
- The Lawyer and the firm disclaim any liability for court-imposed costs, fines, or penalties that may be levied by the court independent of the professional fees itemized in this Invoice.
- All amounts are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The VAT component is calculated in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act, 1991, and applicable amendments as enforced by the National Board of Revenue, Bangladesh.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Lawyer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates if applicable fee structures have been revised by the Bar Council of Bangladesh.
