The total amount stated in this Invoice shall be paid in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance, i.e., no later than 14 July 2025. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account at National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Branch (IBAN: EG380002000150000001234567890), or by certified cheque payable to "Al-Ahmed & Partners Law Firm." A late payment surcharge of 2% per month shall apply to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with the engagement letter signed on 02 March 2025. All payments are subject to the Egyptian Central Bank regulations governing foreign and domestic currency transactions.
Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal and binding financial document issued by the Lawyer and legal firm in Alexandria, Egypt, and is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- All legal services described herein were performed by a licensed Lawyer registered with the Alexandria Bar Association and are subject to the professional ethical code of the Egyptian judiciary.
- The client acknowledges that this Invoice covers all professional fees, court costs, and expenses incurred in Alexandria, Egypt, up to the date of issuance. Any subsequent legal proceedings or appeals shall be subject to a separate Invoice.
- Confidentiality of all case-related information is maintained in strict accordance with Article 14 of the Egyptian Advocacy Law. This Invoice and its contents shall not be disclosed to third parties without the written consent of the Lawyer.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the amounts stated in this Invoice, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Alexandria courts for resolution.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. After this period, the firm reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable adjustments.
