Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) days of the date of issue, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Payment is to be made by bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the following account:

In the event of late payment, statutory interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code shall apply, together with a fixed penalty of 40 euros for recovery costs (indemnité forfaitaire pour frais de recouvrement). This Invoice may be referred to a collection agency or to the Tribunal Judiciaire de Lyon for enforcement proceedings if payment is not received by the due date.

Any dispute regarding the amounts stated in this Invoice shall be submitted to the mediation body of the Bar of Lyon (Médiateur du Barreau de Lyon) before any judicial recourse is sought.
