Important Invoice Terms
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) days of the issue date, no later than 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the following account held by the Lawyer's firm in Marseille, France:

In the event of late payment, statutory interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code shall apply, together with a fixed penalty for late payment of €40 in accordance with Article L441-10 of the same Code. The Lawyer reserves the right to suspend all ongoing legal work and to withdraw from the mandate until full payment of this Invoice is received.
This Invoice constitutes a formal demand for payment. In the event of non-payment, the Lawyer may initiate recovery proceedings before the Tribunal Judiciaire de Marseille without further notice, and all costs of such proceedings shall be borne by the client.
