Kindly note that this Invoice constitutes a formal demand for payment of professional legal services rendered by our firm, a registered Law firm operating in Ghana Accra, and is subject to the terms of our retainer agreement dated 28 May 2025.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued by Adeyemi, Osei & Partners Legal Chambers, a Law firm duly registered and practising in Ghana Accra, and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Section 74 of the Interest Act, 1967 (Act 339) as amended.
3. All fees charged by the Lawyer are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 15% as determined by the Ghana Revenue Authority. Out-of-pocket expenses are billed at cost and are not subject to VAT where exempt under the Act.
4. The client acknowledges that this Invoice represents a true and accurate account of all legal services rendered and expenses incurred up to the date stated herein. Any additional services performed after the Invoice date shall be subject to a supplementary Invoice.
5. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying engagement shall be resolved through mediation under the Ghana Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution framework, failing which the courts of Ghana Accra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
6. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Thereafter, the firm reserves the right to suspend all ongoing legal representation until the balance is settled in full.
