- This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Lawyer in accordance with the engagement letter dated 28 May 2025 and is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
- All professional fees charged by the Lawyer are exclusive of GST, which has been separately itemized. The client is responsible for any additional statutory levies imposed by the Government of India or the State of Karnataka.
- The Lawyer reserves the right to suspend legal proceedings if payment of this Invoice is not received within the stipulated due date. No liability shall arise from such suspension.
- All documents, drafts, and legal opinions prepared by the Lawyer remain the intellectual property of Shetty & Associates Legal Chambers until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed.
- This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of any particular outcome in any legal matter. The Lawyer provides professional legal services with due diligence, but the results of litigation or advisory are subject to the discretion of the courts and regulatory authorities in India Bangalore.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
