In the event of late payment, a penalty of 2% per month (or the maximum rate permitted under Indonesian law, whichever is lower) shall be applied to the outstanding balance from the Due Date until full settlement is received.
The Lawyer reserves the right to suspend all ongoing legal representation and services to the client should this Invoice remain unpaid beyond fifteen (15) calendar days past the Due Date, in accordance with the retainer agreement executed on 1 January 2025.
All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The applicable Value Added Tax (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai / PPN) of 11% has been calculated in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. The 2% Withholding Tax (Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 23) has been deducted at source as required by the Directorate General of Taxes (Ditjen Pajak).
This Invoice constitutes a final and binding statement of fees for the services described herein. Any additional services rendered outside the scope of the original engagement will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from the client.
All disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying legal services shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) in Indonesia Jakarta, in accordance with the BANI Arbitration Rules. The language of arbitration shall be Bahasa Indonesia.
The Lawyer and the firm maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters disclosed during the course of professional engagement, as mandated by the Code of Ethics of the Indonesian Legal Profession (Kode Etik Advokat Indonesia).
