Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes the final and binding statement of fees for the legal services rendered by the Lawyer as described herein. The Client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of this Invoice for the matter filed in Tehran, Iran.
- Payment of the full amount stated in this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month in accordance with Iranian commercial law.
- The Lawyer reserves the right to suspend further legal representation and court appearances in Tehran until all outstanding amounts on this Invoice are settled in full.
- All fees listed in this Invoice are exclusive of any contingency or success-based compensation, which shall be governed by a separate retainer agreement executed between the Lawyer and the Client.
- This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tehran, Iran. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or payment of this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- The Client is advised that this Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of any particular legal outcome. The Lawyer has provided professional legal services in good faith and in accordance with the ethical standards of the Tehran Bar Association.
- Retained copies of this Invoice and all supporting documentation shall be maintained by the Lawyer’s office in Tehran for a minimum period of ten (10) years as required by Iranian record-keeping regulations.
