Payment Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued by Levy & Associates Law Firm, a duly registered legal practice operating in Israel Jerusalem, and constitutes a formal demand for payment for professional legal services rendered by the undersigned Lawyer and associated legal staff during the billing period of 03 May 2025 through 06 June 2025.
- Payment of the full amount stated on this Invoice shall be due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 14 July 2025. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account at Bank Hapoalim, Jerusalem Branch (IBAN: IL16 0100 0000 0000 0000 000), or by certified check payable to "Levy & Associates Law Firm."
- In the event of late payment, interest shall accrue at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) in accordance with the Israeli Interest Law, 5731-1971, calculated from the due date until the date of full settlement. Additionally, a late payment penalty of ₪500 shall be applied to this Invoice.
- All fees charged by the Lawyer are exclusive of VAT, which is applied at the current Israeli statutory rate of 18%. Should the client be a VAT-registered entity, a VAT receipt shall be issued upon request in compliance with the Israeli VAT Law, 5736-1975.
- The client acknowledges that this Invoice reflects the agreed-upon hourly rates as stipulated in the Retainer Agreement dated 28 April 2025. Any services rendered beyond the scope of the original engagement shall be billed separately and require prior written authorization from the client.
- Disputes regarding the amounts stated on this Invoice must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Failure to raise a dispute within this period shall constitute acceptance of the Invoice in its entirety.
- This Invoice and all associated legal services are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any legal dispute arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel Jerusalem.
- The Lawyer reserves the right to suspend ongoing legal representation and court appearances in the event of non-payment of this Invoice beyond the due date, in accordance with the Israeli Lawyers' Code of Ethics and the terms of the Retainer Agreement.
- All confidential information contained in this Invoice and the underlying legal matters shall be treated in strict accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the professional confidentiality obligations binding upon every Lawyer registered with the Israel Bar Association.
