Payment Terms and Important Notes

- Payment Deadline: This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, in full compliance with Article 3 of Legislative Decree 231/2002 and the applicable provisions of the Italian Civil Code regarding professional service compensation.
- Late Payment: In the event of late payment, statutory interest at the rate established by the Bank of Italy (Banca d'Italia) shall apply, in addition to a fixed compensation of €40.00 as provided for by Article 1 of Legislative Decree 231/2002.
