This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Lawyer, Me. - Payment Deadline: The full amount stated on this Invoice must be remitted within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of issue, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025. Payment is due to the Lawyer's designated bank account as specified below.
- Payment Method: Payment shall be made by bank transfer to: Banque Atlantique Côte d'Ivoire, Account Name: Me. Kouassi Aya-Bertrand, Account No: 00012-3456789-01, SWIFT: BANCABBJ. Alternatively, payment may be made by certified cheque drawn on any bank operating in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- Late Payment: In the event of non-payment by the due date, the Lawyer reserves the right to suspend all ongoing legal services and to charge a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the fee schedule approved by the Barreau d'Abidjan.
- Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in compliance with the tax regulations of the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) of Côte d'Ivoire. The VAT amount is included as mandated by the Ivorian General Tax Code (Code Général des Impôts).
- Confidentiality: All information contained in this Invoice and the underlying legal matter is subject to attorney-client privilege under Ivorian law. The Client is requested to treat this document as strictly confidential.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Invoice or the professional services rendered shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast, or to the disciplinary chamber of the Barreau d'Abidjan, as appropriate.
