Payment Terms & Conditions for This Invoice
- This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 14 June 2025. Payment is due no later than 29 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Lawyer's designated account: National Bank of Kuwait, Account Name: Al-Rashid & Partners Legal Counsel, IBAN: KW81 NBKK 0000 0000 1234 5678 90.
- Overdue payments on this Invoice shall incur a late fee of 2% per month, calculated from the due date until the date of full settlement, in accordance with Kuwaiti commercial law provisions.
- The Lawyer reserves the right to suspend all ongoing legal representation and court appearances in Kuwait Kuwait City until this Invoice is paid in full.
- All fees quoted in this Invoice are exclusive of any additional court-ordered costs, expert witness fees, or travel expenses that may arise during the continuation of the case.
- This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document between the Lawyer and the client. Any disputes regarding the charges listed herein shall be resolved through the Kuwait Bar Association's fee arbitration mechanism.
