Payment Terms & Invoice Notes
- This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) days of the date of issue, no later than 15 July 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Lawyer's designated account at Bank of Africa (BMCE Bank), Casablanca branch. RIB: 007 660 0000123456789 01.
- Any amount remaining unpaid after the due date shall accrue a late payment interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Article 340-1 of the Moroccan Code of Obligations and Contracts.
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional regulations of the Barreau de Casablanca and the applicable Moroccan tax legislation (Code Général des Impôts).
- Retain this Invoice for your accounting records. A duplicate may be requested from the Lawyer's office in Casablanca within ninety (90) days.

The Lawyer reserves the right to issue a supplementary Invoice should additional services be required beyond the scope originally defined in the engagement letter dated 28 February 2025.
This document is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
