Payment Terms & Invoice Notes

  • This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) days of the date of issue, no later than 15 July 2025.
  • Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Lawyer's designated account at Bank of Africa (BMCE Bank), Casablanca branch. RIB: 007 660 0000123456789 01.
  • Any amount remaining unpaid after the due date shall accrue a late payment interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Article 340-1 of the Moroccan Code of Obligations and Contracts.
  • This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional regulations of the Barreau de Casablanca and the applicable Moroccan tax legislation (Code Général des Impôts).
  • Retain this Invoice for your accounting records. A duplicate may be requested from the Lawyer's office in Casablanca within ninety (90) days.
