Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for legal services rendered by the undersigned Lawyer in Myanmar Yangon. All services were performed in accordance with the retainer agreement dated 20 January 2025.
- The amounts stated in this Invoice are exclusive of any additional costs that may arise from unforeseen legal proceedings, additional court appearances, or expedited filing requirements in Myanmar Yangon.
- The Lawyer reserves the right to suspend ongoing legal representation if payment of this Invoice is not received within fourteen (14) calendar days of the due date, subject to the terms of the engagement letter.
- All legal advice, documents, and work product prepared by the Lawyer remain the confidential property of the client. This Invoice does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property created during the engagement.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Yangon, Myanmar.
- The client acknowledges that the Lawyer has provided all services with due diligence and professional competence as expected of a qualified legal practitioner registered with the Myanmar Bar Association.
- Any questions regarding this Invoice should be directed to the billing department of Thura & Aung Legal Associates, Myanmar Yangon, within ten (10) business days of the issue date.
