Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal demand for payment for legal services rendered by the undersigned Lawyer and firm in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the written engagement letter dated 01 June 2025.
- All fees quoted are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Federal Board of Revenue, Pakistan.
- The Lawyer reserves the right to withdraw from the matter upon non-payment of this Invoice within the stipulated due date, subject to a written notice of seven (7) days to the client.
- Court fees, stamp duties, and third-party administrative expenses are billed at actual cost and are not subject to the hourly rate structure. These are itemized separately in this Invoice.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
- The client acknowledges that this Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of any particular outcome in the legal proceedings. The Lawyer's obligation is to provide competent, diligent, and zealous representation in accordance with the Code of Professional Conduct of the Islamabad Bar Association.
- Confidentiality of all information contained in this Invoice and the underlying legal matter is protected under the attorney-client privilege as recognized under Pakistani law.
- This Invoice must be retained by the client for a minimum period of seven (7) years in compliance with the tax record-keeping requirements of the Federal Board of Revenue, Pakistan.
