Payment Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account of the Lawyer as detailed below, or by certified bank draft payable to "Hon. Advocate M. Ahsan Raza Qureshi."

3. In the event of delayed payment, a late fee of 2% per month (or the maximum rate permitted under the Sindh Consumer Protection Act, whichever is lower) shall be applicable on the outstanding balance.
4. All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Lawyer reserves the right to adjust fees in the event of significant currency fluctuation for any international legal assistance procured on behalf of the client.
5. This Invoice constitutes a final and complete statement of all fees and expenses incurred by the Lawyer in connection with the referenced matter. No additional charges shall be levied beyond the scope described herein unless a separate written engagement letter is executed.
