Payment Instructions & Terms
This Invoice is issued by the above-named Lawyer in the capacity of legal counsel to Meridian Construction Corp. for professional legal services rendered in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction. Payment of the total amount due shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., on or before July 15, 2025.

Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice constitutes a final and complete accounting of all legal services and expenses incurred by the Lawyer up to the date of issuance. Any additional services rendered after the date of this Invoice shall be subject to a separate Invoice.
- All fees charged by the Lawyer are in accordance with the Philippine Bar's Code of Professional Responsibility and the applicable fee schedule agreed upon in the written retainer agreement dated April 28, 2025.
- The Lawyer reserves the right to withhold further legal representation and court appearances until full payment of this Invoice has been received and cleared.
- All documents, drafts, and legal opinions prepared by the Lawyer in connection with this matter remain the property of the Lawyer until full payment is received.
- This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines Manila. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with Philippine law.
- The client acknowledges that the Lawyer has provided all services in good faith and in compliance with the Philippine Rules of Court and the Code of Ethics for Lawyers.
