Payment Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Lawyer, Adv. Khalid Al-Rashid, operating under Al-Rashid & Partners Legal Consultancy, a firm duly licensed by the Qatar Legal Council and registered in Doha, State of Qatar. All services described herein were rendered in accordance with the Qatar Doha legal practice standards and the firm’s retainer agreement dated 1 April 2025.
- The total amount stated in this Invoice, QAR 50,969.00 (Fifty Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-Nine Qatari Riyals), is due and payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above at QNB, Doha Branch.
- Any amount not received by the due date shall attract a late payment interest of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the terms of the legal services agreement and applicable Qatar Doha commercial regulations.
- All professional fees charged by the Lawyer are exclusive of out-of-pocket disbursements, court fees, and third-party costs, which are itemized separately in this Invoice. The client shall reimburse all such expenses at cost.
- This Invoice constitutes a final and binding statement of account for the service period indicated. The Lawyer reserves the right to issue a supplementary Invoice should additional legal work be required beyond the scope of the original engagement, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the charges in this Invoice, the parties agree that the matter shall be resolved through the Qatar Doha courts of competent jurisdiction, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its legal costs.
- The Lawyer confirms that all services were performed in full compliance with the Qatar Legal Council’s Code of Professional Conduct and the applicable laws of the State of Qatar. This Invoice is issued in triplicate: one copy for the client, one for the firm’s records in Doha, and one for the Qatar tax authority filing.
