Payment Terms and Conditions

- Late Payment: In the event of non-payment by the due date, a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day of delay shall accrue on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the terms of the Engagement Agreement.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Invoice or the underlying legal services shall be resolved exclusively by the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, in accordance with the applicable procedural rules of the Russian Federation.
- Confidentiality: All information contained in this Invoice and the associated legal services is subject to the attorney-client privilege as established under the Federal Law "On Advocacy and the Advocacy System in the Russian Federation" (No. 63-FZ). Unauthorized disclosure is strictly prohibited.
- Invoice Validity: This Invoice constitutes a final and binding statement of fees for the services described herein. Any additional legal services rendered after the date of this Invoice shall be subject to a separate billing document.
- Governing Law: This Invoice and all matters relating to the provision of legal services in Moscow, Russia, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
