Payment Purpose: Payment for legal services per Invoice No. SPB-2025-04782
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for legal services rendered by the Lawyer in Saint Petersburg, Russia, and is governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law on Advocacy.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.1% per day of delay, in accordance with Article 395 of the Russian Civil Code.

- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Lawyer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates if applicable.
