Payment Terms & Conditions – Invoice
This Invoice is issued by the above-named Lawyer and legal firm operating in Saudi Arabia Riyadh in accordance with the Professional Services Agreement dated 25 May 2025 between the parties. The total amount due on this Invoice shall be settled within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date via bank transfer to the firm's designated account at Al Rajhi Bank, Riyadh Branch (IBAN: SA0380000123456789012345).
The Lawyer reserves the right to suspend all ongoing legal representation and court appearances in Saudi Arabia Riyadh should payment not be received by the stated due date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as permitted under Saudi commercial regulations.
All services rendered by the Lawyer are subject to the confidentiality provisions outlined in the retainer agreement. This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of any specific legal outcome. The Lawyer's professional judgment in Saudi Arabia Riyadh shall be exercised in the best interest of the client in compliance with the Saudi Legal Profession Law and the rules of the Riyadh Bar Association.
Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying legal services shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or by arbitration under the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) if mutually agreed upon by both parties.
This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Lawyer may reissue the Invoice with updated rates if applicable. The client is advised to retain a copy of this Invoice for their financial records and tax reporting purposes in Saudi Arabia.
