1. Payment Deadline: The full amount stated on this Invoice must be remitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. Payment is due no later than July 15, 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with the Korean Commercial Act (Article 54).

3. Disputes: Any dispute arising from this Invoice or the underlying legal services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with its rules of procedure. The governing law of this Invoice is the law of the Republic of Korea.
4. Confidentiality: All information contained in this Invoice and the associated legal engagement remains subject to the attorney-client privilege and the confidentiality obligations set forth in the Retainer Agreement dated March 1, 2025. The Lawyer and the firm shall not disclose the contents of this Invoice to any third party without the prior written consent of the client, except as required by Korean law or court order.
5. Cancellation and Refunds: In the event that any service item listed above is cancelled by the client prior to completion, a pro-rata refund shall be calculated based on hours not yet expended. No refund shall be issued for court filing fees or government charges already paid to the relevant South Korean authorities.
6. Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been generated and transmitted in compliance with the Electronic Tax Invoice (Sejong) system mandated by the National Tax Service of the Republic of Korea. The client is entitled to claim the VAT amount as a tax credit on their quarterly VAT return filed with the Seoul Metropolitan Tax Office.
