Payment Terms and Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date, i.e., no later than 28 June 2025. Payment shall be made in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) via bank transfer to the firm's designated account at the National Bank of Sudan, Khartoum Branch, or by certified cheque payable to "Al-Rashid & Partners Legal Advocates" delivered to our office in Al-Muruj, Khartoum.

A late payment penalty of 2% per month shall be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the Sudan Civil and Commercial Transactions Code. The Lawyer reserves the right to suspend all ongoing legal representation and court appearances in Khartoum until full payment of this Invoice is received.
Important Notes
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal billing document issued by the undersigned Lawyer and is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue.
2. All legal services described herein were performed in compliance with the Sudan Advocates Act 1983 and the Code of Professional Conduct of the Sudan Bar Association, Khartoum Chapter.
3. The amounts stated in this Invoice are exclusive of any additional court-ordered costs, expert witness fees, or travel expenses incurred outside the city of Khartoum, which shall be billed separately.
4. The client acknowledges that this Invoice covers all services rendered during the stated period and that no further charges will be levied for the same matter unless a new scope of work is agreed upon in writing.
5. For any disputes regarding this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through the Khartoum Commercial Court, Sudan, in accordance with applicable Sudanese law.
