Terms and ConditionsThis Invoice is governed by the terms of the engagement agreement between the Lawyer (Brunner, Keller & Wirth Rechtsanwälte AG, Switzerland Zurich) and the client, as well as the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR, Art. 394–404) and the Federal Act on the Free Movement of Lawyers (FFLG). In the event of non-payment by the due date, statutory default interest of 5% per annum shall apply in accordance with Article 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. The client reserves the right to inspect the detailed time records and expense receipts supporting this Invoice upon written request. All communications regarding this Invoice shall be directed to the billing department of our law firm in Switzerland Zurich. This Invoice does not constitute a final settlement of all fees; additional charges may be invoiced should further legal proceedings or services be required. The Lawyer shall maintain professional confidentiality in accordance with Article 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code (StGB) and the professional secrecy obligations under the FFLG.
