Payment Terms & Invoice Conditions
This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account of Chaiyaporn & Associates Legal Counsel, Bank of Ayudhya, Account No. 112-4-56789-0, Thailand Bangkok. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the retainer agreement. This Invoice does not constitute a waiver of any legal rights or remedies available to the Lawyer under Thai law. All services described herein were performed by a duly licensed Lawyer registered with the Thai Bar Council and are subject to the professional ethical standards governing legal practice in Thailand Bangkok.
Legal Notice: This Invoice is issued in accordance with Section 87/5 of the Thai Revenue Code B.E. 2564 (2021) and the regulations of the Thai Bar Council.
