1. This Invoice is issued by a licensed Lawyer registered with the Ankara Bar Association (Ankara Barosu, Registration No. 12345). All services described herein were rendered in compliance with the Turkish Bar Association's Code of Ethics and the Attorney's Act (Avukatlık Kanunu No. 1136).
2. The hourly rates specified in this Invoice are in accordance with the minimum fee schedule (Asgari Ücret Tarifesi) published annually by the Ankara Bar Association for the year 2025. 3. Administrative and ancillary costs listed in Item 6 are reimbursable expenses incurred directly in connection with the legal matter. Receipts and supporting documentation for these expenses are available upon the client's written request.
4. This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of any particular legal outcome. The Lawyer provides professional legal representation and advice based on the facts and applicable law as of the date of service. The client acknowledges that litigation involves inherent risks and uncertainties.
5. The client is advised to retain a copy of this Invoice for their tax records. This document serves as a valid fiscal receipt (fatura) for the purposes of the Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı) and may be used as a deductible business expense under the Turkish Corporate Tax Law (Kurumlar Vergisi Kanunu).
6. All communications, documents, and case files related to this matter are subject to attorney-client privilege under Turkish law. The contents of this Invoice and the underlying legal strategy shall not be disclosed to third parties without the express written consent of the client, except as required by law or court order.
7. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Lawyer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated administrative costs if applicable.
