Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 28 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-00847 in the transfer memo. In the event of late payment, a penalty interest of 1.5% per month (as stipulated under Article 120 of the Turkish Code of Obligations) shall be applied to the outstanding balance. This Invoice is subject to the professional ethics code of the Istanbul Bar Association and the regulations of the Turkish Bar Union (Türkiye Barolar Birliği). All fees are exclusive of any court-imposed costs, expert witness fees, or travel expenses incurred outside of Istanbul metropolitan area, which will be billed separately upon prior written approval of the client.
NOTES & LEGAL DISCLAIMERS1. This Invoice constitutes a formal record of legal services rendered by the undersigned Lawyer and their firm in the capacity of authorized legal counsel registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. All services were performed in compliance with the Turkish Attorney's Law (Avukatlık Kanunu No. 1136) and the applicable professional regulations.
2. The rates specified in this Invoice reflect the standard hourly billing structure agreed upon in the Retainer Agreement dated 01 June 2025. Any deviation from the agreed scope of work will be documented in a supplementary Invoice.
3. All legal opinions, drafts, and filings referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the firm. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use these documents solely for the purpose of the referenced legal matter before the courts of Turkey, Istanbul.
4. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Law (6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the regulations of the Turkish Revenue Administration. A duplicate copy may be requested by the client for tax deduction purposes. The VAT (KDV) charged at 20% is in accordance with the current Turkish Value Added Tax Law (KDV Kanunu No. 3065).
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. The governing law for this Invoice and the underlying engagement is the law of the Republic of Turkey.
6. This document is valid only when bearing the official stamp (kaşe) and signature of the authorized signatory of the firm. Electronic copies transmitted via secure email are considered valid for administrative purposes but the original stamped copy must be retained for a minimum of ten (10) years as per Turkish record-keeping requirements.
