VAT is applied in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax as enforced by the Federal Tax Authority of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi region.
Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025, by bank transfer to the firm's designated account at Emirates NBD Bank, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (IBAN: AE0702600000000123456789).
- Payment shall be made in UAE Dirhams (AED). Any foreign currency conversion shall be at the prevailing Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates rate on the date of payment.
- Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month, calculated from the due date until the date of actual receipt of funds, in accordance with the terms of the retainer agreement executed between the Lawyer and the client.
- This Invoice constitutes a final and binding statement of all fees and expenses incurred by the Lawyer in connection with the referenced matter as of the Invoice date. Any additional services rendered after this date shall be subject to a supplementary Invoice.
- The client acknowledges that all legal advice, opinions, and representations provided by the Lawyer are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- Confidentiality: All information contained in this Invoice and the underlying legal matter is strictly confidential and protected under UAE Federal Law No. 34 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and the professional ethical obligations of the Lawyer as a licensed advocate in Abu Dhabi.
