1. This Invoice has been issued by Hargreaves & Whitmore Solicitors LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in England and Wales (LLP No. OC482917), with its principal office located in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The Lawyer services described herein were provided in accordance with the retainer agreement dated 03 March 2025 and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Code of Conduct 2019.
2. Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue. In the event of late payment, interest shall accrue at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as amended. 3. All professional fees are charged at the hourly rate of £285.00 per hour, exclusive of VAT. Disbursements are charged at cost. 4. This Invoice is subject to the client's right to request a detailed breakdown of time records. The client may request a copy of the time records within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of this Invoice. Any dispute regarding the charges set out in this Invoice should be raised in writing to the billing department within the same period.
5. The settlement achieved through the mediation process does not constitute a final resolution of all potential claims. The Lawyer advises that the client should retain all correspondence and documentation relating to this matter for a minimum of six (6) years in accordance with the SRA records retention requirements.
6. This Invoice and the underlying legal engagement are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
