Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal demand for payment of professional legal fees and disbursements incurred by our Lawyer and firm in the provision of legal services in Manchester, United Kingdom. Payment is due in full within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Should payment not be received by the due date stated above, interest may be charged at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as amended, applicable throughout the United Kingdom.
- All fees charged by our Lawyer are subject to the firm's standard Terms of Engagement dated 01 January 2025, which were provided to the client at the inception of the matter. This Invoice does not constitute a final account; further fees will be invoiced monthly as work progresses.
