  2. Payment of the total amount due on this Invoice is required within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under California law, whichever is lower, in accordance with the retainer agreement executed on January 15, 2024.

Payments may be made via wire transfer to First Republic Bank, Account No. 4471-8829-001, Routing No. 121000248, or by certified check payable to "Hartwell, Brennan & Associates, LLP" mailed to our Los Angeles office address listed above. Please reference Invoice Number HB-2025-04871 on all remittances.
  4. All fees and expenses charged on this Invoice are subject to the terms of the Attorney-Client Retainer Agreement. The Lawyer fees reflect the standard hourly rates agreed upon for this matter and are not subject to reduction unless expressly authorized in writing by the undersigned Lead Attorney.
  5. This Invoice constitutes a confidential attorney-client communication.
