Payment Terms and Conditions
- This invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date, i.e., no later than July 15, 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Karimov & Associates Legal Practice, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, at the designated commercial bank branch.
- In the event of late payment, a penalty interest of 0.5% per calendar day shall accrue on the outstanding balance in accordance with Article 305 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- All fees stated in this invoice are exclusive of applicable taxes. Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 12% is applied in compliance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- The Lawyer reserves the right to suspend ongoing legal representation and court appearances if payment is not received by the due date. The client shall bear any adverse consequences arising from such suspension.
- This invoice constitutes a binding financial document. Any disputes regarding the charges listed herein shall be resolved through the Tashkent City Arbitration Court in accordance with the procedural laws of Uzbekistan.
- The client acknowledges that all legal advice and services rendered by the Lawyer are confidential and protected under the attorney-client privilege as established by the Law on Advocacy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Retained documents, case files, and legal correspondence related to this engagement shall be maintained by the Lawyer's office in Tashkent for a minimum period of five (5) years in compliance with Uzbekistan record-keeping regulations.
