Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment may be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank wire transfer to the firm’s account at Banco Mercantil, C.A., Caracas branch, Account No. 0105-0045-21-1234567890, or by certified check payable to “Abogado Asociado & Legal Counsel, C.A.” in the offices located in Chacao, Caracas, Venezuela.
In the event of non-payment by the due date, a late payment interest of 1.5% per month shall be applied in accordance with Article 1.261 of the Código Civil de Venezuela. The Lawyer reserves the right to suspend all ongoing legal representation and file a motion for withdrawal from the case before the competent tribunal in Caracas should payment remain outstanding beyond fifteen (15) days past the due date.
All fees stated in this Invoice are exclusive of applicable Venezuelan taxes. The 16% IVA (Impuesto al Valor Agregado) has been calculated in accordance with the Ley de IVA vigente in the República Bolivariana de Venezuela. The client is responsible for any additional tax obligations arising from the engagement.
