- This Invoice is issued by a certified Librarian operating under the Bangladesh Library Association (BLA) professional code of conduct. All services were rendered within the Dhaka metropolitan area, Bangladesh.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Bangladesh commercial lending norms.

- For any disputes arising from this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Dhaka, Bangladesh, before pursuing legal action in the competent courts of Dhaka Division.
