All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to the applicable Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at the Ontario provincial rate of 13%. The Librarian, Dr. Margaret A. Whitfield, is a licensed information professional registered with the Ontario Library Association and holds a Master of Library and Information Science (MLS) from the University of Toronto. All services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the Canadian Code of Ethics for Librarians, Archivists, and Information Workers. Payment Terms & Instructions
Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date, no later than July 15, 2025. Alternatively, a certified cheque made payable to "M.A. Whitfield MLS" may be mailed to the Canada Toronto address listed above. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in compliance with the Ontario Business Corporations Act.
