Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions

Payment Terms: This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.05% per day as stipulated under the PRC Civil Code.
Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the regulations of the State Taxation Administration of the People's Republic of China. A corresponding fapiao (official tax invoice) will be provided upon request for the client's corporate tax filing in China Shanghai.
Librarian Certification: All services described in this Invoice were performed by a certified Librarian holding valid credentials recognized by the China Library Association and the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals (CILIP).
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document between Shanghai Knowledge & Archives Consulting Ltd. (hereinafter "the Librarian Service Provider") and Shanghai International Business Consortium (hereinafter "the Client") for professional Librarian services rendered in China Shanghai during the period specified above.
2. All Librarian services were performed in full compliance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Library Law of the PRC, and applicable Shanghai municipal regulations governing information services and archival management.
3. The Librarian Service Provider warrants that all digital library systems implemented under this Invoice are free from intellectual property infringement and comply with China's Cybersecurity Law and Data Security Law.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration at the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC) in China Shanghai, under its then-current rules of procedure.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Client must request a reissued Invoice from the Librarian Service Provider.
6. The Librarian Service Provider reserves the right to withhold further services until all outstanding amounts on this Invoice are settled in full.
