Invoice Terms & Conditions
Payment Method: Bank transfer to Banco de Bogotá, Account No. 016-987654-01, in favor of Biblioteca Central de Bogotá S.A.S. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the maximum rate established by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.
Service Location: All Librarian services described in this Invoice shall be performed at the premises of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, located in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) of Colombia. The NIT and tax information provided herein are subject to verification. The applicable value-added tax (IVA) rate of 19% has been applied as mandated by Colombian law for professional services rendered in Bogotá.
Professional Standards: The Librarian services rendered under this Invoice comply with the ethical and professional standards established by the Colombian Association of Librarians (Asociación Colombiana de Bibliotecarios) and the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA).
