Important Notes & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract Reference KCL-UK-2025-008) between the Librarian, Prof. Mwamba Kalala Josephine, and the Université de Kinshasa, Faculty of Sciences, located in Kinshasa, DR Congo.
2. Payment of this Invoice must be remitted within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified above. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under DR Congo commercial law (Code de Commerce, Article 1247).
3. All services described in this Invoice were performed on-site in Kinshasa, DR Congo, and in full compliance with the professional code of conduct established by the Association des Bibliothécaires de la République Démocratique du Congo (ABRDRC).
4. The Librarian warrants that all cataloguing, digitization, and archival work performed under this Invoice meets the quality standards set forth by the National Archives of DR Congo (Archives Nationales de la RDC) and the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA).

No additional fees or charges will be applied beyond the amounts listed herein unless a written amendment to the contract is executed by both parties in Kinshasa, DR Congo.
