Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Cairo Knowledge & Archives Ltd., a registered professional Librarian services firm operating in Egypt Cairo, in accordance with the Egyptian Commercial Code and the regulations of the Egyptian Tax Authority.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice, no later than 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: National Bank of Egypt, Branch: Downtown Cairo. Account Name: Cairo Knowledge & Archives Ltd. IBAN: EG38 NBEK 0000 1099 4455 6677 8899.
- A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, as stipulated in the master service agreement (Contract No. CKL-AZU-2025-012).
- All amounts are denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue.
- The Librarian services described herein are subject to the quality assurance protocol outlined in Annex B of the service contract. Any disputes regarding service delivery must be raised in writing within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date.
Additional Notes
This Invoice covers the complete scope of Librarian professional services rendered by our team at the Al-Azhar University Library Division during the period of January through May 2025. All work was performed on-site in Egypt Cairo unless otherwise noted. The services were delivered in compliance with the Egyptian National Library and Archives Authority (NLAA) guidelines and the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA) professional standards.
