1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Ethiopian Federal Revenue Authority (EFRA) regulations governing professional service billing in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. All amounts are stated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) unless otherwise specified.
2. Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. The Librarian requests that payment be remitted via bank transfer to the Addis Ababa Municipal Library Authority account at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Branch: Bole, Account No: 1000-4567-8901-2345, SWIFT: CBEAETAA.
3. The Librarian, Dr. Selamawit Tesfaye, is a certified information professional registered with the Ethiopian Library and Information Science Association (ELISA) under membership number ELISA-2019-0087. All services rendered under this Invoice comply with the professional code of ethics established by ELISA and the IFLA Code of Ethics for Librarians and Other Information Professionals.
4. Should the client require any clarification regarding the line items, service descriptions, or tax calculations on this Invoice, please contact the Librarian directly at the telephone number or email address provided above. A copy of this Invoice will be retained in the library's financial records for a minimum period of seven (7) years as mandated by Ethiopian commercial law.
