5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon, France Lyon.
6. The client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the payment terms stated herein. This Invoice is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issue as required by French commercial record-keeping law.
