This invoice is issued in accordance with French commercial law (Code de Commerce, Articles L.441-1 et seq.) and applies to professional librarian services rendered within the administrative boundaries of Paris, France. All services were performed by qualified librarians holding the Diplôme d'État de Bibliothécaire or equivalent certification recognized by the French Ministry of Culture.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via SEPA transfer to the IBAN specified above. Late payments are subject to statutory interest at the rate defined by Article L.441-10 of the French Code de Commerce.
- All librarian services described herein were conducted in compliance with the French Code du Patrimoine (Cultural Heritage Code) and applicable data protection regulations under the RGPD (French implementation of the EU GDPR).
- Any dispute arising from this invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris, France.
