This Invoice is issued by Frankfurt Knowledge & Archive Services in connection with the provision of professional Librarian services to the Frankfurt City Library Consortium. All services described herein were performed by qualified Librarian professionals registered with the German Library Association (Deutscher Bibliotheksverband) and are subject to the professional code of ethics governing Librarian practice in Germany.
The scope of work outlined in this Invoice covers the period from January 2025 through June 2025. All Librarian activities were conducted at the client's premises in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, unless otherwise noted. Travel time within the Frankfurt metropolitan area is included in the billed hours. Any travel to locations outside the Frankfurt city limits would have been invoiced separately.
This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. The client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms stated herein. In the event of any dispute regarding the services rendered or the amounts charged on this Invoice, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies in the competent courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
All data processing related to this Invoice and the underlying service agreement complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Personal data of the Librarian staff members referenced in this Invoice is processed solely for the purpose of billing and statutory record-keeping.
